Most people think about their goals and resolutions for the new year at about 11:55 pm on December 31st. They will get excited about them for a week (that is, if they will still remember them on January 1st) and slowly let them die.

To turn your yearly goals into reality, these are the things that you will need to do:

SET UP A VISION AND GOALS
BUILD A PLAN/STRATEGY TO ACHIEVE THEM
TAKE ACTION
HAVE A SYSTEM IN PLACE TO TRACK YOUR ACTIONS AND HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE
