• Cutting ticket Form - to help you communicate clearly to your cuter/factory how many styles you want to cut for production, a breakdown per size and color with an extra page to add swatches to make things clear for everyone involved.

• Cutters must Form - For your pattern maker to use when they make your pattern, this would help the sample maker know what pieces are included and, down the road, help your grader when grading your patterns.

• Purchase Order Form - to use when you order sample fabrics and trims for your samples.

• Fitting Follow-Up Form - to help you track the comments and corrections from each fitting section, so you can easily communicate those to your pattern maker and also keep track of what was changed.

• Sample Sheet Form - to use every time you are giving a sample to your sample maker. This will make it clear for them to understand the different materials, colors, and other info so they can get your sample done correctly.

• Tech-Pack Template - whether you produce overseas and need to send a tech pack to your factory or develop a pattern locally, and need to provide your sample room with info about the style re: design and finishing details, materials, and specs. Once your design is ready for production, your factory will use that for production too.
