This package Includes the following 6 forms:

Once your design is ready for production, your factory will use that for production too.

• Spec Sheet Form - for your pattern maker to note all the specs to help your sewer they are folloing the right construction, and for you to check specs, sizing, fit, the pattern and the sample.

• Cutters must Form - for your pattern maker to note all the specs to help your sewer they are following the right construction, and for you to check specs, sizing, fit, pattern, and the sample.

• Purchase Order Form - to use when you order sample fabrics and trims for your samples.

• Sample Sheet Form - to use every time you are giving a sample to your sample maker. This will make it clear for them to understand the different materials, colors, and other info so they can get your sample done the right way.

• Fitting Follow-Up Form - to help you track the comments and corrections from each fitting section, so you can easily communicate those to your pattern maker and also keep track of what was changed.
